Fees

• Individual information and assessment meeting - £120 per person

• Joint mediation sessions - £150 per person per hour. There are additional costs for reviewing and preparing documents between sessions.

• There is a charge for drafting the final set of documents: Memorandum of Understanding, Parenting Plan and the Open Financial Statement.

  Mediation costs compare favourably to solicitors’ costs. If a matter goes to court it can cost anywhere from £10,000 to £60,000 depending upon the complexity and if it goes to a final hearing.
